Rams vs. Patriots Game

More photos from the game at Lake Brantley.

Rams Fall to the Patriots

After being rescheduled due to rain, the Lake Mary Rams met their rival the Lake Brantley Patriots on Thursday evening the 21st. Although the weather was beautiful, a win for Lake Mary was not in the forecast. The boys played a great game, but the defense struggled to contain the run. Lake Brantley won 24-12. Our two scores came from a run by Terrance Bell and a pass by Nathan to Phillip Salazar in the end zone.

6th Grade Dance

Millennium Middle School held their first dance of the year for the 6th grade class. Olivia decided to go with her group of friends and had a great time. Figuring out what to wear to school, but still look good for the dance was a challenge. I think she looked AWESOME!!

Rams Vs. Winter Springs

Wednesday, September 13th found the Freshman team at Winter Springs High School to play the Bears. The boys played a great game and were making a 4th quarter comeback, within 2 points , when one of the boys' teammates was seriously injured. He had to be airlifted from the field to ORMC. They called the game and the boys left the field very concerned for their friend and teammate Andrew Klahn. The next day at school, the boys wore t-shirts with Andrew's name and number on them to show their love and support for their friend. We continue to pray for Andrew and for his complete revcovery.

Rams First Game

Team before the game

After 4 months of grueling practices, the Freshman football team finally had their first game! We traveled to Longwood to play the Lyman Greyhounds. I wish I could tell you that we came away with a W, but Lyman gave us our first and hopefully last loss. Way to go Rams - you did an awesome job and played wtih a lot of heart!
